Mystery Shopping provides great detail about the current level of quality of the customer care, by evaluating the place of sale, the sales and communications skills of sales staff, analysing the processes in place in terms of waiting times, delivery times, execution of the sales transaction, complaints etc.

Based on information gathered during mystery shopping we identify weaknesses in the sales network, and suggest specified areas of improvement.
